Pratishtha Bansal, Founder

Founded by Pratishtha Bansal, Equity Nova was inspired by a moment she couldn’t forget. During a financial literacy workshop, she watched a young girl stop speaking after being laughed at, despite knowing the right answer. That experience revealed how many women and girls are discouraged from pursuing finance and entrepreneurship not because they lack talent, but because they lack confidence, representation, and support.

Determined to change that, Pratishtha founded Equity Nova at just 14 years old to create a space where women can learn, grow, and see themselves as future leaders, founders, and changemakers.
